    Terms of Service

    By commissioning me you automatically agree to all of the following conditions unless otherwise specified. If you have any questions about the terms, please contact me via email.

    I • General Terms

    • Do not request a commission if you are not comfortable with the Terms of Service.

    • I retain the right to decline your commission for any reason. This could include if the work affects me or my health negatively. Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and I retain the right to cancel your commission should this occur.

    • You can NOT claim any of my work as your own. Give credit where credit is due.

    • Commissions are only for PERSONAL USE, unless we have discussed a fee for commercial use. See II. Commercial use for more details.

    II • Commercial use

    • If you desire to use the commission as a commercial piece, you need to discuss the pricing and specifics personally with me.

    • Be sure to add credit in the media you are using the commission in. For example: YouTube videos, livestreams or personal sites.

    III • Payment

    • Please be advised that complex designs can increase the price of a commission.

    • All payments will be made via PayPal. I will ask for your PayPal email and then send you an invoice. Do not send me any payments through alternative methods, it will be refunded.

    • All prices will be in GBP (£)

    • I will not accept payments through shared Paypal accounts.

    • Payment up to £80 (GBP) will be required in full when requested. Payment plans for larger commissions are available and will be discussed on a case by case basis. Plans will depend on the price, time until I receive full payment, and your circumstances.

    • Payment is required after you've approved of the refined sketch and before I begin further work on your order.

    • Once the order is finalised and the initial sketch has been approved you'll have a maximum of 7 days to send payment from the point that it's requested. If no payment has been made within the allotted time and you have not contacted me regarding when I should expect payment, your order will be cancelled.

    IV • Permissions

    • I retain the copyright to my own work and the right to use the commission as I please, which might include advertisement of my work in portfolios and on social media. Proper credit to you will, of course, be included.

    • You do NOT have permission to use my work as a basis for training Artificial Intelligence.

    • You do NOT have permission to create NFTs of my work without consent.

    V • Process

    • When contacting me about commissions please write in a clear, concise manner, and provide neat references. I have the right to decline your commission for any reason. Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and I retain the right to cancel your commission should this occur.
